We recently added two 30' × 20' lean-tos to the BNM Auto Body & Collision building in Hillsboro — shade on hot summer days and covered drop-off for customers in bad weather, with extra lighting by S.C. French Electrical Services. We've also built a 20' × 12' chill-and-grill lean-to and a 60' × 20' lean-to with a 13' 4" ceiling — tall enough to park a fifth-wheel camper under, with 128' of footings, short walls, and flatwork by CMD Concrete. The cheapest square footage you'll ever add for equipment, firewood, or a covered hangout spot.
